| | | Ted Warren Position: Manager, Operations
Ted has 45 years of experience in uranium, potash and base metals mining and production facilities in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Starting in 1964 with the IMCC Mine (Now Mosaic Esterhazy) as Mill Maintenance Supervisor, Ted later moved to Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PCS) where he implemented operations systems at the Rocanville mine further expanding his duties to other mine/mill sites. Since 1985 Ted has had provided operational leadership at major uranium producers and for the last 5 yeas has been consulting in the Uranium and Potash industries mostly through AMEC America's Mining Division.

| | | Anne Chopra, B.Comm., MIR, LL.B. Position: VP Corporate and Legal Affairs
Anne Chopra has, since the inception of the Company in 2007, been
responsible for corporate, business and international affairs. She
brings over 18 years in business and corporate law experience to the
Company. Ms. Chopra has been associated with the law firms of Owen Bird
and Fraser & Company, practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial
and securities law.
She was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 1992 and the Law
Society of British Columbia in 1997. Ms. Chopra has served as a director
and/or secretary for a number of public companies.

| | | Mani Chopra, B.Comm., LL.B., Position: VP Business Development
Mani Chopra is the co-founder of Potash One Inc. and is responsible for
the development and management of strategic business and corporate
finance relationships for the Company.
Over the past 20 years, Mr. Chopra has consulted in the resource sector
providing strategic advice and corporate consulting to private and
public companies on business structure, international business and
capital formation.
